The Financial Administration Analyst is responsible for providing analytic and technical services to the Financial Administration Unit and performing administrative duties relevant to support the Director, Financial Administration's responsibilities, within overall policies or instructions. Duties include: supporting the Loan Management Function by preparing and communicating loan-related documents with Borrowers (e.g. debit/credit advice, loan status & disbursement reports); handling the OPEC Fund Client Portal data and registration of borrowers, users and focal points; managing borrowers' Authorized Signatories Lists and contact data in SAP/CML; providing technical support and administration of reports, correspondence and materials for relevant Governing Board Committees; supporting contractual and administrative tasks of IFI/MDB Networks & Platforms; preparing analytical reports on loans and other corporate dashboards. Coordination support includes receiving, logging, reviewing and distributing incoming correspondence, drafting letters and memos, arranging and minuting meetings, coordinating duty travel logistics, and liaising with internal and external officers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Management or related field; minimum 3 years relevant professional experience; at least 1 year experience in an international development finance institution; fluent English, with good working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish an advantage.
