The National Partnership for Women & Families, a nonprofit nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization fighting for equity for all women and families, seeks a detail-oriented Development Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the Development team. The role has primary responsibility for gift processing, data integrity, and donor communications, and supports financial coordination, grant administration, and other Development team systems and processes.

Salary: $66,004–$72,257, determined by years of relevant experience. Full-time, hybrid position based in Washington, D.C. (2–4 days in-office per week).

Essential Duties:
Gift Processing and Donor Data:
- Accurately enter gifts, pledges, and donor information in Salesforce
- Prepare and send timely gift acknowledgment letters and donor correspondence
- Maintain complete donor, gift, campaign, designation, and engagement records
- Coordinate with Finance to support gift reconciliation

Development Operations:
- Support administration and maintenance of Salesforce, Asana, Google Drive, and other Development systems
- Prepare routine reports, lists, data exports, and materials to support fundraising and financial tracking
- Support donor and event mailings, including list preparation
- Support NPWF's annual event preparation and execution

Institutional and Administrative Support:
- Support grant administration by maintaining grant deadlines, records, and files
- Assist with collecting and organizing programmatic and financial materials for proposals and reports
- Conduct donor and prospect research

Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in nonprofit development operations, gift processing, or a related field
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with charitable gift processing in a fundraising CRM
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another fundraising CRM strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Commitment to women's rights, racial equity, gender equity, and reproductive freedom
