The intern will collaborate with the Executive Management team ensuring that the planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning processes are up-to-date, orderly and available to the teams. In addition, it will support the administrative management of the Directorate, facilitating the organization of meetings and presentations, the consolidation of information and coordination with other internal and external teams, contributing to the efficient flow of information and the monitoring of strategic commitments.
* Collect, organize, and consolidate information on projects and programmatic activities.
* Prepare and format reports to monitor the progress of projects.
* Support in the preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external meetings.
* Coordinate agendas and meetings, including sending calls and monitoring commitments.
* Document and file relevant institutional information.
* Support in the logistics of events, workshops or work sessions of the WRI Colombia teams.
* Develop methodologies and tools to facilitate the performance of assigned functions.

The activities of the intern will be developed within the framework of a tripartite agreement signed between the University, WRI Colombia Foundation and the student, which establishes the responsibilities of each of the parties, as well as the academic, administrative and monitoring conditions for the adequate development of the professional practice.
The Intern will gain experience in:
* Operational and administrative support in PMEL processes and project monitoring.
* Preparation and consolidation of reports, presentations and institutional documents.
* Coordination of agendas, meetings and management commitments.
* Management of institutional information and documentation.
* Logistical organization of events and workshops.
* I work in multidisciplinary environments and with global and local teams.
Degree of studies:
A student in the last semester of university in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, or related areas.
Start and end date: 23/06/2026- 23/12/2026
You will receive financial aid: $1.800.000 COP
Requirements:
* Good use of digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Basic comfort with computer and virtual communication tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Meet, etc.).
* Organization and management of administrative information.
* Proactivity and willingness to learn in an institutional environment.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Intermediate English (reading and writing documents, basic communication).
* Ability to work independently, with sensitivity to quality and deadlines.

* Dynamic, proactive, detail-oriented and organized person.
* Excellent attention to detail.
