About the Department:
The Communication area is strategic, reporting directly to the Executive Board and acting in a transversal manner, supporting all the organization's programs. It is responsible for external, internal and institutional communication, ensuring that it is aligned with the organization's principles.
Job Highlight:
Professional will be responsible for the execution and management of institutional communication initiatives, with a focus on internal communication, organizational engagement and management of operational content flows. He works in the production of internal channels and actions, with emphasis on the All Staff (strategic meeting of the entire WRI Brasil team, which takes place monthly), in addition to being a focal point in the articulation with the RDI area for institutional publications. He contributes to the dissemination of the strategic narrative and strengthening institutional alignment, ensuring quality, consistency and fluidity in communication processes.
What you will do:
- Execute institutional communication strategies, with a focus on internal communication and organizational engagement
- Plan, produce and operationalize actions and internal communication channels
- Coordinate the production flow of institutional publications with the RDI area
- Ensure consistency of messaging, institutional alignment, and quality of communication products
Internal Communication:
- Plan, organize and execute the monthly All Staff, including agenda, script, content production and alignment with leaders
- Implement internal communication actions aligned with the institutional strategy (campaigns, activations, training and communications)
- Produce and manage content for internal channels (newsletter, Banyan, intranet and others)
- Support the dissemination and adoption of institutional narrative and key messages
- Ensure the flow of information between areas and hierarchical levels, promoting alignment and engagement
- Support middle areas in structuring and executing their internal communication demands
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal communication channels and tools
Publication Management (Interface with RDI):
- Act as a focal point of Communication in the flow of institutional publications;
- Coordinate with service providers the process of layout, review and finalization of knowledge products, in conjunction with authors, designers and technical teams
- Conduct alignment meetings with authors to define briefing, deadlines and scope of publications;
- Manage schedules, suppliers and deliveries, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality;
- Perform visual review, textual standardization and guarantee of editorial consistency of materials;
- Ensure correct application of the visual identity and alignment with the current institutional narrative;
- Structure and organize review flows, consolidating contributions from technical teams and ensuring clarity for implementation;
- Support hiring processes and monitoring of layout suppliers;
- Work on the improvement and organization of the operational flow of publications, reducing rework and increasing efficiency;
Support for Institutional Communication:
- Support the production and review of institutional content (presentations, materials, reports and others)
- Contribute to the execution of institutional campaigns and branding actions
- Support the organization of internal institutional events
- Consolidate information and support reporting of communication results
Common responsibilities:

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related areas
- Previous experience in Organizational Communication, Internal Communication and/or Content Management
- Experience with internal event production and communication channel management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and writing skills
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Drive, and collaborative flows
