As HUB Coordinator, you will lead the establishment, development and day-to-day operations of Welthungerhilfe's Global Admin HUB in Nairobi, an integral part of WHH's ZAMI initiative (Zero Admin to Maximize Impact) aimed at increasing process efficiency and compliance through standardization, digitalization and bundling of administrative processes. You will ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery, effective people management and close coordination between the HUB, Country Offices and Head Office. Responsibilities include building, leading and developing the Global Admin HUB team; leading recruitment, onboarding and training of HUB team members; managing day-to-day HUB operations; ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery per SLAs; supporting the transition of operational processes into the HUB; acting as liaison between HUB, Country Offices and Head Office; coordinating resolution of operational issues; ensuring compliance and quality assurance; driving continuous improvement; and contributing as a key stakeholder in the ZAMI Core Team. Profile: university or technical college degree in a relevant field; 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in countries of the Global South; experience coordinating operational processes, financial processing experience an advantage; strong leadership and people management skills; strong organizational and coordination skills; collaborative, solution-oriented working style; strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills; excellent English, additional language (French or Arabic) an advantage.
Initial contract duration of 1 year with good prospects for extension.
