CBM is an international development organisation committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in communities around the world. Based on Christian values and more than 100 years of professional expertise, CBM addresses poverty as both a cause and consequence of disability, working in partnership to create an inclusive society for all. To expand its Programme Team, CBM is looking for a Programme Manager, full-time (40h/week), filled locally under the contractual conditions of Jordan; no expatriation is intended.
Responsibilities include: developing project ideas, design, concept notes, log frames, proposal narratives and budgets; identifying partners in alignment with the Country Director, fundraising teams and initiatives; supporting partner assessments and addressing programmatic and governance gaps; conducting partner capacity-building events and trainings; coordinating with partners on agreed activities and timelines; managing budget and activity change requests; conducting monitoring visits and evaluations; documenting and disseminating learnings; reviewing and finalizing programmatic and financial reports; ensuring compliance with donor requirements; identifying and mitigating project risks; administering projects in the PROMIS/NGO Online ERP system; line managing Project/Programme Officers; and representing CBM to external stakeholders.
Qualifications: bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, International Development, or equivalent; at least 6 years of experience in project management within the I/NGO sector or equivalent; strong project and program management, data analysis, communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving and budget management skills; professional proficiency in English, local language an advantage; adaptability and cultural sensitivity; identification with Christian values and CBM's mandate.
