About the role:
The importance of this role is key as we rebalance our investment into digital channels to acquire new supporters. Confident using CRM systems, fundraising platforms and analytics tools, you can translate performance data into actionable insights that improve results and maximise ROI. You are highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and compliance with GDPR and data protection best practice. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, you enjoy working across teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Experience with website management, conversion optimisation, marketing automation, or mentoring colleagues would be an advantage.
