The Local Coordinator will serve as the primary in-country focal point for coordination and communication with project stakeholders, ensuring the smooth implementation of project activities at the local level. The role will coordinate meetings, consultations, pilot testing activities, training sessions, and other stakeholder engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle. The Local Coordinator will organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with Early Childhood Development (ECD) teachers and other relevant stakeholders to gather feedback on course content and platform functionality. The position will be responsible for collecting, documenting, and consolidating stakeholder feedback, supporting the preparation of testing reports and recommendations, and assisting with translation, localization, and administrative requirements to ensure effective project implementation and stakeholder participation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, or program implementation.
Experience coordinating with government agencies, education stakeholders, or development organizations is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Experience supporting workshops, consultations, user testing, training sessions, or stakeholder engagement activities.
Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
