As Senior Program Manager for Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Market Systems Development, you will provide overall leadership and technical guidance to CRS' agriculture, livelihoods and market systems development portfolio and support the advancement of programming in these sectors. You will lead assessments, analyses, program design efforts, technical strategy development, and the scale-up of value chain pilots. You will provide management oversight, ensuring effective systems and processes are in place to support high-quality programming. Key responsibilities include leading the agriculture, livelihoods and market systems portfolio; ensuring strategic objectives meet technical quality standards; leading sector assessments, market analyses, and value chain studies; developing relationships with partners, donors and stakeholders; managing and supervising talent; coordinating M&E design and implementation; and fostering a learning environment. Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, International Development, Economics, Business, or a related field; minimum 8 years of experience managing or providing technical leadership to agriculture, livelihoods, economic strengthening, or market systems development programs, preferably with an I/NGO; minimum 3 years of supervisory experience. Preferred: Master's degree, proposal development experience, partnership management experience. Advanced oral and written English required; fluency in Myanmar language required. This position is only for Myanmar National.
