The Coordinator-AMDC supports the Awards Manager in Awards management and proposal development for the Country Office, ensuring quality services to clients in line with donor compliance and SCI Policies and Procedures in award management. S/he will contribute to the total awards cycle of specific grants as assigned by the supervisor, maintain the awards management system (AMS) for data input and record keeping, and guide budget holders to ensure compliance across program operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 5 years' experience within the finance department of a national or international organization
- Experience of donor agreement review, multi-donor compliance, reporting requirements, budgeting and budget management, with a proven track record in producing/reviewing quality reports
- Excellent understanding of Award Management systems and financial systems and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex financial data and produce effective management information
- Ability to contribute to a small, proactive team, motivating staff and working collaboratively
- Willingness to adapt work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams in emergencies
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a complex, diverse workload under tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with computerized accounts packages, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Master's Degree, preferably in Finance/Business Administration or a relevant discipline
