The Senior Technical Advisor - HIV provides strategic and technical leadership for MSH activities that strengthen the supply chain for HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis commodities in Cameroon. Reporting to the Technical Director, the Advisor works with the National AIDS Control Committee, the Directorate of Pharmacy, Medicines and Laboratories, CENAME, regional reference laboratories, regional and district health authorities, donors, and implementing partners to improve forecasting and supply planning, commodity availability, data use, and last-mile delivery. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership for HIV/AIDS commodity supply chain systems, leading annual quantification and supply planning, analyzing consumption and inventory data to identify risks, strengthening counterpart capacity through training and mentoring, providing oversight to regional supply chain advisors, and contributing to performance reporting and documentation of results. Required: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, public health, supply chain management, logistics or related field, with specialized training in HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis commodity management. At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in health commodity supply chain system strengthening within Cameroon's health system, including three to five years in quantification, forecasting, and supply planning, and at least three years supporting an HIV/AIDS program. Professional fluency in French and English is required.
