Save the Children International seeks a Program / Executive Officer, LAC to support the Regional Director in advocating for children's rights in Latin America and the Caribbean, increasing the region's visibility on the global agenda, and providing strategic leadership across LAC in alignment with Save the Children's mandate and strategy. The role supports development and implementation of strategic internal communications and external engagement efforts, coordinates with regional and global teams to maintain consistent messaging, and provides support managing Regional Oversight Forums and Internal Coordination Spaces in LAC. Key accountabilities include supporting the Regional Director in preparing for regional and global advocacy platforms, drafting briefs and talking points, monitoring regional strategic priorities, contributing to funding diversification through briefing materials, drafting communication strategies, and convening/coordinating Regional Oversight Forums. Essential experience includes developing communication strategies, internal and external stakeholder engagement, working with global teams across regions and cultures, monitoring and evaluation of communication efforts, and administrative/diary scheduling support. Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability, analytical skills, project management, and English and Spanish proficiency. A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required. Location: any existing SCI office location in the LAC region, hybrid/remote with flexible working options, required LAC time zone. Permanent, full-time contract.
