Last Mile Health seeks enumerators for the Mothers-to-Mothers Project Endline Evaluation in Rivercess County, Liberia. This is a 15-day, on-site assignment open only to Liberian nationals currently located in Liberia. Reporting to the Project Manager, Clinical Innovations, the enumerator(s) will conduct qualitative interviews using the Most Significant Change (MSC) methodology, document participants' stories of change, maintain ethical standards, and support daily quality assurance during field data collection.
Responsibilities include participating in training on MSC methodology and ethical procedures; conducting interviews and facilitating participant storytelling; recording interviews and maintaining field notes; reviewing interviews for quality; transcribing and translating interviews into English; and submitting documentation to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, & Learning Specialist. Requirements: a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in qualitative research, public health, nursing, or community health; minimum diploma or associate degree.
Preferred: experience with MSC methodology, ability to speak Bassa, experience in rural/hard-to-reach communities, familiarity with maternal and child health programs, strong interviewing and documentation skills, and willingness to travel to remote areas including motorbike riding or walking long distances.
