The Executive Coordinator – Office of the President will provide integrated executive, operational and strategic coordination support to ensure the effective functioning of the President's Office. The role manages the President's agenda and executive workflow through a strategic lens, ensuring that time, decisions, and engagements are aligned to organizational priorities. Key duties include leading the integrated management of the President's Office (scheduling, meetings, correspondence, travel, documentation, approvals, protocols and stakeholder engagements); managing the President's calendar and executive cadence; coordinating planning and logistics for Presidential priorities, leadership forums, Board engagements and missions; triaging meeting requests and correspondence; providing briefings and decision-support materials; reviewing and synthesizing reports and proposals; liaising between the President's Office and Senior Management, the Board, donors, grantees, government representatives and development partners; coordinating Board-related materials and follow-up; supporting executive presentations, speeches and correspondence; and tracking commitments, milestones and deadlines arising from Presidential and executive engagements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, international relations, communications, public administration, organizational development or related field; postgraduate qualification or professional certification in project management, executive administration or governance an advantage; at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience supporting a C-suite executive, President, CEO, Board Chair or comparable senior leader; experience in a complex, international, development, public-sector or corporate environment; proven experience coordinating executive-level meetings, Board/governance engagements and sensitive communications; strong writing, editing, research and presentation-development skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; experience working across Africa and with development partners, governments or donors is an advantage.
