Under the overall supervision of the CEA Program Coordinator, the direct supervision of the Senior Program Assistant and the administrative supervision of the relevant HSO, the Community Mobilizer will contribute to community engagement and accountability (CEA) activities. Duties include conducting daily assessment activities such as group consultations, key informant interviews (KIIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs) per assessment tools and CEA operational plans, and producing detailed transcripts and summaries. The role also involves outreach and feedback collection with target community members through community meetings and helpdesks to inform about programme activities, raise awareness of community feedback mechanisms, and record feedback. Required: high school diploma or certificate in a relevant discipline with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in community mobilization, data collection procedures and data entry; at least two years of experience in Afghanistan; experience in community outreach, household assessments or surveys; familiarity with mobile data collection technologies such as KoBo or ODK is an advantage. Working-level Dari and Pashto required; fluent English required. Qualified female candidates are highly encouraged to apply. This role has no team management responsibility.
