The Programme Manager is the highest-ranking position in IsraAID's Nepal flash flood response, holding overall operational, programmatic, and partnership responsibility. Leads all aspects of program cycle management from planning and implementation to monitoring, reporting, and partner coordination, and serves as IsraAID's primary in-country representative. Directly supervises the MHPSS Coordinator and Logistics Officer, and coordinates closely with HQ, implementing partners, and donors. Responsibilities include program management and oversight, partnership coordination, staff management and technical support, monitoring/evaluation/reporting, financial and administrative management, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and ethical standards. Required: higher education degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work or related field (BA required, MA preferred); minimum 5 years of experience in humanitarian response or international development, with at least 2 years in program management or senior coordination; demonstrated experience managing programs in the Protection sector (CP, MHPSS, GBV or related); experience with UN agency-funded programs, UNICEF experience a strong advantage; strong budget management and M&E skills; fluent English required.
