Financial Management Specialist (National)

The Office of the Project Director, Building Community Resilience & Self-Reliance (BCRSR) Project under the Department of Disaster Management, Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, invites eligible individual consultants to express interest in providing services as a Financial Management Specialist (Package No. 4A, National) under the World Bank (IDA)-financed Inclusive Services and Opportunities for Host Communities and Displaced Rohingya Population project. The assignment duration is approximately 21 months. Candidates must hold a minimum of M.Com/MBA in Accounting/Finance; membership of a Professional Accountancy Organization (CA/ACCA/CMA etc.) accredited by IFAC is an added advantage, though membership obtained by mutual certification or reciprocation (without examination) will not be considered a qualifying credential. Applicants must have at least ten years of work experience in financial management within government/semi-government institutions or with international donors implementing development projects. Interested applicants should submit a complete CV in the prescribed format, with copies of academic, experience, and training certificates as evidence of qualification. Shortlisting will follow the Terms of Reference (ToR), which details the tasks, required qualifications, experience, and other conditions. Persons currently in government service must apply through the proper channel; applications not routed this way may be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EoIs without providing reasons.
