WRI's Europe office is growing and is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead planning and analysis work underpinning the regional finance function. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Accounting and Finance – Europe, this role owns budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for WRI Europe entities (Netherlands Stichting and UK Branch), operating in euros and pounds sterling against USD reporting on an October-September fiscal year. Key duties: build and maintain the annual budget in Adaptive Planning (Workday); prepare forecast/reforecast cycles; produce budget-vs-actual reporting with variance analysis; reconcile budget/forecast data against actuals; maintain FX, salary and headcount assumptions; prepare cash-flow forecasts; support scenario analysis; monitor allocated cost lines (fringe, occupancy, indirect, G&A) and cost recovery; support month-end close and audits; support financial elements of donor proposals and grant budgets, indirect cost recovery within donor caps, and donor compliance; maintain grant records in Salesforce/SharePoint; support system configuration and data quality improvements. Requirements: bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or related field (ACCA/CPA/CMA advantageous); relevant full-time experience in accounting, year-end closing and audit procedures; demonstrated budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis competence; strong Excel financial modelling skills; multi-entity/multi-currency experience; dashboard/reporting experience for non-finance stakeholders; Workday or similar ERP experience advantageous; experience with donor-funded projects/grants in an international NGO desirable; knowledge of Dutch accounting/not-for-profit reporting requirements desirable; English required, Dutch an advantage. Salary: €63,000–€79,000 (Netherlands) or £54,000–£68,000 (UK). This is a hybrid, 1-year contract position initially, with possibility of extension.
