FHI 360 seeks a Procurement Officer for the EpiC Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH) activity in Liberia, covering four high-burden counties (Montserrado, Nimba, Lofa, Bong). The role supports procurement of goods and services per FHI 360 policy and U.S. Department of State rules, including RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, cost/price analysis, procurement documentation and tracking, and supplier/vendor management, reporting to the Operations Manager in the Monrovia office. Requires 3-5 years of relevant procurement/logistics experience and a Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Accounting or Supply Chain Management; prior international organization experience preferred.
