Lutheran World Relief, part of Corus International, has been present in Viet Nam since 2026. The Finance and Administration Officer (FAO) will be an employee of Lutheran World Relief, completing financial, accounting and administrative operations and procedures for the Viet Nam program in line with organizational policies and internationally recognized accounting standards. Responsibilities include maintaining filing systems for payment/receipt vouchers, payroll vouchers, tax documents and bank reconciliations; preparing financial transactions and entering them into accounting software; preparing monthly cash advance requests; extracting and consolidating reports for headquarters submissions; filing taxes including withholding taxes; reviewing advance requests and reconciliations; managing petty cash; handling administrative procurement processes including vendor vetting; implementing contractual terms for orders and payments; assisting with logistics for staff travel and events; and supporting audit documentation. The FAO does not supervise any staff. Requirements: a Bachelor's degree in finance or a relevant field; a minimum of 3 years of related experience; experience in office administration and international NGO/USG-funded projects is an advantage; proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or MIP preferred), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint; professional proficiency in written and spoken English; and authorization to work legally in Vietnam.
