Village Enterprise is seeking a Senior Enumerator to supervise part-time enumerators in Kirehe District and ensure high-quality data collection in support of Village Enterprise's mission and program implementation. The Senior Enumerator will coordinate field assignments, support enumerator performance, monitor data quality, and contribute to additional monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities as needed. Responsibilities include supervising enumerators in the field, training them on data-collection best practices and Android-based tools, preparing assignments and expense plans, monitoring data-collection progress, conducting data-quality assessments, submitting field-activity and data-quality reports, hosting weekly meetings, supporting MEL team training, assisting with data entry, and supporting field use of TaroWorks on Android devices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with prior experience or exposure to research methods or data collection; prior experience working with refugees or organizations supporting refugees is an asset; experience supporting entrepreneurship, livelihoods, or economic-inclusion programming in a refugee-camp setting is desirable; strong understanding of data-quality principles; at least one year of experience conducting household-level data collection.
