The General Manager of MSF Supply Kenya (GM MSFSK) has overall accountability for the strategic, operational, financial, human resources, legal and institutional management of MSF Supply Kenya, which operates under the legal registration of MSF Belgium in Kenya while remaining under the governance and strategic authority of MSF Supply. Acting under delegated authority, the GM represents MSF Belgium in Kenya, ensuring compliance with MSF policies, Kenyan laws, and the MoU governing collaboration between MSF Supply and MSF Belgium. The role combines senior operational leadership with governance, risk management, and representation responsibilities, covering legal representation and institutional accountability, compliance and risk management, security and staff health, human resources management, financial management, and operational and supply chain leadership including procurement, warehousing, transport, and shipment of medical and non-medical supplies to field missions. The GM also represents MSF Supply Kenya to operational sections, coordination mechanisms, Kenyan authorities, and external partners, and contributes to MSF Supply's regionalisation strategy as a platform serving East Africa. Requirements: a university degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, operations, or humanitarian fields; proven senior management experience in complex humanitarian, logistics, or supply-chain environments; experience in legally/institutionally complex settings and security management is an asset; strong leadership, financial/risk awareness, governance understanding, and communication/negotiation skills. Conditions: fixed-term contract of 2 years, position to be filled December 2026, based in Nairobi, Kenya.
