Concern Worldwide, an international humanitarian NGO dedicated to the elimination of extreme poverty, seeks a Learning Manager for a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover role, 50% hybrid in the Dublin 2 office. The Learning Manager will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of organisation-wide learning and development initiatives, ensuring staff have the skills and competencies needed to meet organisational needs. Responsibilities include managing a team of two (Learning Administrator and Digital Learning Designer); leading Concern's management development programme, a six-month blended learning programme completed by over 100 managers annually; leading the Global Training Calendar of scheduled online workshops in French and English; overseeing Concern's e-learning environment including user and course administration; designing and delivering onboarding initiatives; building partnerships with learning institutions and language providers; working with managers at all levels on learning interventions; and reporting on performance indicators. Requirements: relevant qualification or experience in Learning and Development or HR Management; significant experience managing people development programmes, preferably with international experience; strong leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Desirable: experience with Totara Learning Management System and Articulate Storyline, fluency in French, and INGO sector experience. Salary GBF 6: €57,683 - €64,092.
