The Consortium MEAL Coordinator will lead and strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems for the FCDO-funded GBV consortium, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and evidence generation to improve program performance. The role focuses on results monitoring, accountability, learning, and evaluation, while ensuring compliance with donor requirements and DRC's internal MEAL standards, providing technical support, capacity building, and coordination across consortium members including downstream partners. Key responsibilities include leading MEAL integration throughout Project Cycle Management, developing indicators and logical frameworks, overseeing needs assessments and baselines, developing MEAL plans and data collection systems, coordinating community feedback mechanisms and accountability systems, supporting evaluations and research studies aligned with donor requirements, and building MEAL capacity among consortium and downstream partners. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Economics, Public Administration, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in MEAL roles, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts; strong technical expertise in MEAL frameworks, data collection methodologies, accountability mechanisms, and learning approaches in GBV or protection programming; proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, KOBO Toolbox); experience with donor reporting for FCDO; advanced English required, Arabic fluency an advantage. One-year contract with possibility of extension, Band NM.G, start date October 2026, reporting to the Country Director.
