We deliver life-saving and life-changing interventions to the world's poorest and most vulnerable people. With 3000 staff of more than 50 nationalities, Concern operates in 24 of the world's poorest countries, helping people to achieve major and long-lasting improvements in their lives.
About the Role:

You'll lead the development and delivery of campaigns focused on hunger, climate change and conflict, grow and engage our supporter base, and build strong relationships with MPs, peers, government officials and key partners to strengthen our advocacy. Working closely with colleagues across communications, fundraising and international advocacy, you'll create compelling campaign content, coordinate stakeholder engagement, represent Concern within influential coalitions and networks, and ensure our campaigns deliver measurable impact.
About You:
You're a strategic and passionate campaigner who knows how to inspire people to take action and influence decision-makers to create lasting change. An excellent communicator and relationship builder, you have experience delivering impactful public campaigns, engaging parliamentarians and stakeholders, and working collaboratively across teams and coalitions to achieve shared goals. You're organised, proactive and adaptable, with strong project management skills and the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Driven by a commitment to tackling global inequality, you share Concern Worldwide's values and are motivated by the opportunity to use your skills to help address hunger, climate change and conflict.
