Assignment:
Under the supervision of the Head of International Accounting, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and reconciliation of donor receivables, intercompany transactions, and the accounting records of our countries of operation.
 
More specifically, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Implementing legal accounting processes and ACF procedures defined for the cycles under your direct responsibility, and occasionally for others
  •  Managing the cycles within your scope: Regular analysis, semi-annual review, and justification to statutory auditors;
  • Contributing to the smooth operation of the department by optimizing our tools and procedures and supporting other activities;
  • Ensuring the accounting follow-up of international financing and grants awarded by institutional and private donors;
  • Guaranteeing the reliability of accounting operations related to financing, the monitoring of receivables, and the proper allocation of receipts;
  • Participating in accounting closings, particularly the revaluation of foreign currencies and the accounting of exchange rate differences.
  • Perform accounting and banking reconciliations, produce the financial reports necessary for monitoring financing, and contribute to the preparation of internal and external audits.
  • Support the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and tools in conjunction with the finance and operations teams. 
Profile:
You hold a degree in Finance (such as a BTS in Accounting and Management) and have at least three years of professional experience in a similar role, including accounts receivable and managing multi-donor funding.
 
You have advanced knowledge of accounting principles, accounting software, and an ERP system, and are proficient in Excel.
 
Knowledge of foreign exchange transactions and experience in the non-profit sector are highly valued.
 
You are known for your organizational skills, attention to detail, and diplomacy.
 
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
 
Employment conditions
 
Status: Integrated Manager, Class 7 - 4-month fixed-term contract - Full-time
 
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
 
Salary: From €37,000 to €44,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters (For permanent positions)
 
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time) Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF Salary maintenance schemes (illness, maternity, paternity)
 
Transport allowance: 50% reimbursement of the flat rate between home and workplace Meal vouchers (Up Lunch Card):

Teleworking: Teleworking open to all from mainland France
A mandatory presence at headquarters of 1 day per week has been defined for this position.
Mandatory group on-site time imposed by the employer: for group meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence upon joining the team.
