Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian aid organization that provides assistance in more than 70 countries to populations in distress. Within the HR department of MSF Operational Center of Brussels (OCB), the People Development Hub aims to develop MSF's people working globally so they have the capacity and capabilities to meet MSF's operational needs. The Hub is looking for an L&D Support Administrator to support programme training initiatives.

As the L&D Support Administrator, you will provide adequate, continuous and sustainable support for staff learning and development needs, providing administrative support to those involved in learning activities and facilitating access to learning solutions. You will work under the direct supervision of the LnD Support Team Leader and LnD Administrators.

Main responsibilities: Manage the launching of applications for learning events; update intranet announcements; create application forms in MS Forms; prepare for the Selection Committee for International Learning Events; screen applications and compile applicant lists; provide administrative support for participants in international learning events (send event announcements, coordinate visa arrangements, ensure participant data is accurately entered into the HR database); carbon footprint monitoring in collaboration with the Carbon and Environment Data Strategist; facilitate access to the learning offer and maintain the course catalogue on the intranet; participate in LnD Support Team meetings.

Requirements: Higher education diploma; planning and organization; analytical spirit; ability to adapt and demonstrate initiative; teamwork with strong collaborative skills; quick learner; excellent knowledge of the Office 365 package (including Forms, OneDrive, SharePoint). Languages: proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Conditions: Expected starting date as soon as possible; location Brussels (Belgium); contract type Professional Immersion Agreement (Convention d'Immersion Professionelle / Beroepsinlevingsstage), full time; a professional immersion agreement for young job seekers that entitles you to an allowance; contract duration 6 months.
