ChildFund Philippines Foundation Inc seeks a full-time fixed-term Project Manager to lead the multi-year CLIMATE CARE project (Children, youth, and other vulnerable groups Leading and Influencing Mitigation and Protections Towards Empowered, protected, Climate-Adaptive and Resilient communities), funded by the European Union. The Project Manager will design and develop a collaborative project management approach in coordination with the implementing partner, ensure full compliance with donor requirements, provide oversight of co-applicants and stakeholders' compliance, and liaise with ChildFund program staff for technical support. S/he provides day-to-day management support to the partner in carrying out planned activities across locations and maintains positive stakeholder relationships, with direct supervision over the Project Consortium M&E Officer. Primary responsibilities span project planning and implementation, stakeholder management (CSOs, LGUs, youth-led groups), monitoring and evaluation, financial management and donor compliance, capacity building, and risk management—including promoting Nature-based Solutions (NbS) and gender- and child-responsive Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) planning. Required: a Bachelor's degree in project management, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field; minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in child protection, climate change, or community development; proven experience managing European-funded projects; and experience in Mindanao or similar contexts is highly desirable.
