- Grow the portfolio to 500 donors by 2028 through collaboration with Partnerships team members, active stewardship, and management of the newly launched peer-to-peer fundraising tool.
- Write and distribute a quarterly e-newsletter and bi-annual e-appeals to grassroots donors.
- Assemble high-quality materials reflecting the organization's voice and mission, including grant proposals, reports, and donor correspondence.
- Represent Protect Democracy in external meetings with donors and trusted intermediaries.
- Conduct prospect research to identify new high-capacity individuals and institutions aligned with the mission.
- Set and track fundraising goals with the Partnerships team, maintaining accurate records.
- Identify and recommend improvements to fundraising operations.
