The Regional Clinical Services Coordinator provides technical leadership and coordination for the implementation, quality improvement, and scale-up of comprehensive HIV and TB services under the EpiC & AFGHS-FHI360 projects in Tanzania. The position provides strategic and technical guidance to strengthen the quality, coverage, integration, and effectiveness of Comprehensive HIV/TB services across supported Police and Prisons (PnP) in Zanzibar. The incumbent provides clinical mentorship and capacity strengthening, supports resolution of clinical and programmatic challenges, and promotes evidence- and data-driven improvements in service delivery and patient outcomes across the HIV/TB continuum of care, including integrated HIV, TB and NCD services. The incumbent leads and supports performance monitoring and continuous quality improvement using program data, supportive supervision, clinical audits, mentorship, and technical review meetings to identify service delivery gaps, guide corrective actions, document best practices, and contribute to regional planning and performance evaluation. The position works closely with regional and district health authorities, facility teams, PnP counterparts and other stakeholders to strengthen coordination and implementation of HIV/TB services. Requirements: Degree in Medicine or related field with relevant national registration; Master's degree in public health (MPH) or international equivalent is an added advantage; minimum 8 years of professional experience in HIV/TB clinical services, preferably within public health or donor-funded programs; proven experience in HIV/TB program implementation, clinical mentorship, supportive supervision, and quality improvement; experience working with MOH, DHMTs, healthcare facilities, CSOs, and implementing partners; fluency in English and Kiswahili.
