Start Network is seeking a Network and Funds Coordinator to join its Network and Funds Directorate in London. This is a fixed-term (12 months), 35 hours per week role with a salary of £30,875 - £31,688, reporting to the Director of Network and Funds. Hybrid working is available.

About the role: The Coordinator plays a key role within the Directorate, providing trusted, high-quality support to the Director of Network and Funds and helping to keep a busy, strategic portfolio of work moving forward. Responsibilities include coordinating priorities, meetings and communications, building strong relationships and keeping actions on track. Working with discretion, initiative and professionalism, the Coordinator creates the structure and connections that enable the Director to focus on strategic priorities and delivering impact. The role suits someone who enjoys making things happen, anticipating what is needed and contributing to the smooth and effective running of a dynamic Directorate.

About Start Network: Start Network's purpose is to be a catalyst for system-level change that improves the efficiency, effectiveness and ethics of humanitarian action, by working as a network to develop, test and spread new ways of collaborating and resourcing locally-led crisis response and anticipation. Its membership is made up of nearly 145 local, national and international NGOs around the world, and it supports 10 national and regional hubs of civil society organisations as a vehicle for devolving power, resources and accountability.
