Save the Children International is seeking an Administration Officer, Global Safety and Security Access to provide financial administration and coordination support to the Global Safety, Security and Access (GSSA) team. The role is responsible for GSSA procurement processes, coordination of training logistics and course administration, and financial tracking and cost recovery mechanisms. Key responsibilities include: ensuring monthly invoicing and reconciliation of charges related to GSSA services; charging costs associated with training courses and deployments to appropriate clients; processing invoices, expenses and financial transactions; coordinating payment of GSSA subscriptions, memberships and service agreements; supporting procurement processes including suppliers, quotations and approvals; providing administrative support to the GSSA Training Team including course logistics and participant registration; and maintaining training material inventory and certification documentation. Essential requirements: experience in administration, business support, finance administration or office coordination; experience processing invoices, payments and procurement activities; experience coordinating training events; strong organisational and planning skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams); excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills. A diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related field is preferred. This is a permanent, hybrid/remote full-time role open to any approved Save the Children International office location, with English language requirement.
