Trócaire is seeking a Global Employee Experience Manager to join its People and Culture team in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, on a Specified Purpose Contract (approximate duration 1 year). The role involves collaborating closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver a global employee experience strategy that strengthens engagement, culture, connection and performance across the organisation. Trócaire is an International NGO working with local partners in the world's most at-risk communities across up to 20 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, tackling the underlying causes of poverty and injustice. Candidates should have substantial experience in employee experience, engagement, reward, HRIS systems, and organisational culture, with a proven ability to turn strategic priorities into impactful global initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the Director of People and Culture and will manage a team of two professionals. The role offers a salary range of €70,000-75,000 per year plus pension scheme, life assurance, and flexible/hybrid working policies.
