The Renewable Energy Investment Analyst will support the Investment Support Manager and Investment Support Lead in delivering the MENTARI Investment Support Strand, a UK-Indonesia low-carbon energy partnership. The role provides analytical and project-level support across pipeline development, project screening, investment-readiness diagnostics, financial and commercial analysis, technical assistance preparation, and investor/financier engagement for renewable energy and low-carbon energy projects in Indonesia. Responsibilities include maintaining and analysing the project pipeline, conducting project revalidation and screening, reviewing financial analyses (CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, NPV, DSCR), preparing investor-facing materials, researching financing options, coordinating technical assistance inputs, and supporting stakeholder engagement and reporting, including integration of GEDSI/ESG considerations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, or related field; minimum 4 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, project finance, banking, or transaction advisory; strong financial modelling, Excel/PowerPoint, and analytical skills; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; legal authorization to work in Indonesia. This is a hybrid role based in Jakarta requiring 8 days per month in office, full-time with a fixed-term contract of 6 months with possible extension to March 2028.
