DRC has been responding to humanitarian crises in Lebanon since 2004, working with Palestinian, Iraqi and Syrian refugees and host communities. The Protection Information Management Specialist leads the generation of high-quality protection evidence and analysis for DRC Lebanon, serving as the programme's principal analytical resource for identifying, interpreting and communicating protection risks affecting refugees, displaced populations, migrants, stateless persons and vulnerable Lebanese communities. Key duties include leading protection information management and analytical frameworks across DRC Lebanon; producing monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc protection analysis reports; conducting qualitative analysis of FGDs, KIIs, case studies and protection monitoring data; triangulating data across protection, economic recovery, shelter, MEAL, legal aid, child protection and GBV sectors; developing analytical products, dashboards and briefs; maintaining Power BI dashboards; engaging field staff and coordinating with consortium partners, UN agencies and NGOs; and supporting capacity building and representation. Requirements: minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, protection analysis, research or information management; Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Social Research, Information Management, Economics, International Relations or related field; strong Power BI/Excel/Kobo/SPSS/R/Python skills; excellent report writing skills; understanding of protection principles and PIM/PAF frameworks; fluency in English and Arabic.
