The role is part of the Corporate team in Türkiye, with primary focus on the origination and execution of investment projects in Manufacturing and Services sector. The Associate Banker contributes to all phases of the project cycle, including project origination, structuring, execution, implementation. The Associate Banker will take responsibility for tasks assigned by the operation leader or more senior bankers, which may include undertaking comprehensive due diligence, including financial, market, integrity and EBRD policy compliance, as well as effective post-signing implementation. Responsibilities include working as a project team member on transactions, contributing to project structuring and execution, including research and analysis of background materials, market information and financial performance data; analysing potential risks including financial statements and financial models; assisting with designing technical co-operation assistance including terms of reference and internal approval documentation; and assisting with communication with internal units, clients, and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred; professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA desirable; strong quantitative and credit analysis skills; computer literacy including financial modelling; good written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish. Experience: relevant financial industry experience from an investment or commercial bank, private equity firm, asset management firm, or auditing/financial consulting firm operating to international standards; exposure to industry/country experience.
