Frontline AIDS is a global partnership of community and civil society organisations bringing together 54 partners reaching 100 countries, united by a vision of a world free from AIDS. Amid increasingly frequent and severe crises (conflict, climate disasters, social upheaval, human rights violations), Frontline AIDS is building resilience to integrate and adapt HIV services in crisis settings. This consultancy will provide critical scoping and analysis of the humanitarian landscape for four partners in Haiti, Ethiopia, Lebanon, and Myanmar, helping build foundational knowledge and opportunities to pilot new or strengthen current crisis response and resilience-building activities. The consultant will conduct detailed scoping, mapping, and analysis of the national humanitarian landscape at the intersections of HIV in emergencies, humanitarian, and climate crisis sectors, with limited global scoping where relevant. Deliverables include four final country reports (draft and final), one final global overview, a country-specific virtual library of resources, and presentations of findings to Frontline AIDS and partners. Seeking candidates with a minimum 5 years' experience working in HIV and Humanitarian (especially SRHR/health and protection) sectors, and experience in the climate shock-health in emergencies nexus; proven ability to synthesise varying stakeholder inputs; experience delivering operational research and country-level analyses for national NGOs/CSOs; a Master's degree in a Social Science related field; excellent remote presentation and facilitation skills; and fluency in written English (French an advantage). Duration: 30 days between 5 October and 20 November 2026. Budget: $17,000.
