DRC is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to support the newly funded FCDO Consortium on partnerships, with the objective of strengthening future partnerships with national NGOs, community-based organizations and civil society. The Partnership Officer will support the consortium to map out and identify new partnerships, assess partner organization capacities, provide administrative and grant support to partners, facilitate capacity strengthening support, ensure donor/organisation compliance, and provide ongoing support/coordination to partner organizations throughout and after project implementation. Key responsibilities include coordinating partner capacity assessments, supporting donor compliance, managing partnership/grants compliance, analysing partnership results, ensuring sub-grant agreements are issued and monitored, and supporting donor reporting on partnerships and localization. Requirements: minimum 3 years of practical experience with an NGO/CSO in project cycle management or with an INGO in a partnerships role; demonstrated experience in capacity-strengthening support to national partners; experience in donor compliance across the project cycle; commitment to age, gender and diversity (AGD) and conflict-sensitive programming; familiarity with MS Word and Excel; strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in political science, international development, gender or a relevant field required; fluency in English and Arabic required. Contract: National, 12 months, non-management band, salary starting from USD 1,225.00.
