Location: Port Sudan/Khartoum, Sudan
The Information Management (IM) Specialist will set up and roll out a coordinated, consolidated information management system for the FCDO HOPE S programme, including development of a common database tool, a PowerBI dashboard, IM information maintenance, data cleaning, and data analysis for monitoring data collected across the consortium. The role supports the MEAL Coordinator in ensuring quality quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing program-related data collection and information management systems, contributing to programming and advocacy through streamlined collection, analysis, and sharing of information. Responsibilities include maintaining harmonized interoperable IM systems, developing and updating PowerBI dashboards, producing monthly programme snapshots and thematic reports, ensuring data protection and GDPR/GBV IM compliance, providing IM technical support and training to consortium focal points, supporting service mapping and referral pathways, and working closely with program, MEAL, and IT teams. Requires a minimum of three years' practical experience in IM and/or monitoring with INGOs in humanitarian settings, knowledge of research/data collection and protection monitoring methodologies, proven PowerBI dashboard experience, and strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Human Rights, Law, or a related field is required, along with fluency in English and Arabic.
