The KADIN Net Zero Hub Lead supports development and refinement of the KADIN Net Zero Hub's strategy, translating it into effective implementation, and leads delivery of its programs and activities. The Hub is a flagship initiative enabling industry-led, science-based net zero commitments in Indonesia, established with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia) with IBCSD as secretariat and WRI Indonesia as knowledge partner. The role combines technical leadership on corporate decarbonization with program management and relationship management, including developing the Hub's annual work plan and targets, leading the Corporate Assistance Program and the Hub's tools and learning products, managing the delivery team, and maintaining relationships with KADIN Indonesia, partners, member companies, and donors. Responsibilities include: supporting Hub strategy and translating priorities into annual work plans and budgets; overseeing delivery of all Hub workstreams; monitoring performance against indicators; leading design and delivery of the Corporate Assistance Program including cohort selection, curriculum, and technical review of company baselines and targets; providing senior technical guidance on GHG inventory development, science-based target setting, decarbonization levers, renewable energy sourcing, and Scope 3 engagement; serving as WRI Indonesia's focal point for engagement with KADIN Indonesia, IBCSD, and partners; representing the Hub in forums and government consultations; coordinating knowledge products; and managing the delivery team, budgets, and donor reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in environmental/chemical/industrial engineering, sustainability management, environmental science, business or related field (Master's preferred); minimum 4 years relevant experience in corporate sustainability, industrial decarbonization, or climate advisory with demonstrated project or client portfolio leadership; strong command of GHG Protocol accounting and SBTi criteria and validation process; familiarity with ISSB/IFRS S2, GRI, CDP, TCFD disclosure standards; knowledge of decarbonization solutions for manufacturing and hard-to-abate sectors; experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships and teams; fluent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; and legal authorization to work in Indonesia, preferably based in Jakarta. This is a full-time, hybrid position (8 days/month in office) with a fixed-term agreement for 6 months, extendable up to 31 August 2027.
