Precision Development (PxD) is seeking a strategic, impact-oriented Country Launch Manager to lead the establishment and early growth of its flagship program in Indonesia. This is a mission-critical, founding role at the intersection of research, data-driven service delivery, and institutional partnership. As PxD's first team member based in Indonesia, the role holder will represent the organization to government counterparts and key partners, working closely with a multidisciplinary team spanning research, operations, and technology to design, launch, and scale inclusive agricultural programs. PxD is a global non-profit scaling digital agriculture services to more than 46 million farmers across Africa and Asia via direct service delivery, partner service improvement, and government advisory. Responsibilities include supporting founding presence setup (legal, finance, compliance), building senior-level government and donor relationships, managing partnerships and service providers, developing funding proposals, leading evidence-based impact strategy, owning program delivery end-to-end, managing budgets and operations, and recruiting and managing a cross-functional team. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, International Development, or related field; at least 7 years of experience in management, policy advisory, international development, or agriculture; experience with digital platforms and data-driven programs; strong stakeholder management and program design experience; ability to navigate local regulations and bureaucracy; experience setting up a new country office or program; working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; right to live and work in Indonesia.
