FHI 360 seeks an M&E Specialist to oversee monitoring, evaluation and data management activities for the EpiC project (PEPFAR/USAID-funded) across three PEPFAR-supported regions in Ghana. Responsibilities include managing sub-grantee data flow and quality into FHI 360's INFOLINK system, the national DHIS2 platform and PEPFAR's DATIM system; leading quarterly Data Quality Assessments and Data Quality Improvement Plans; capacity-strengthening for sub-grantee M&E staff; drafting M&E sections of donor reports; and producing data-driven presentations and dashboards. Requires a Master's degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, Epidemiology or related field with 6+ years' experience (or Bachelor's with 8+ years), deep familiarity with PEPFAR MER indicators, DHIS2/DATIM, and data analysis tools (SPSS, Stata, R, Power BI, Tableau).
