FHI 360 seeks a Clinical Specialist to support delivery of integrated HIV clinical care and laboratory services under the EpiC Ghana project (PEPFAR/USAID-funded). The role provides technical and quality-assurance support for HIV clinical care and lab functions across three PEPFAR-supported regions, leads quality improvement initiatives, strengthens clinical-laboratory coordination for viral load coverage, and works closely with the National AIDS/STI Control Programme, Regional/District Health Directorates and health facilities. Requires a Medical Doctor with specialization in family medicine, infectious diseases or internal medicine, 6+ years relevant HIV-care program experience including 5+ years in supervision/oversight, and prior USAID/PEPFAR program experience.
