FHI 360 seeks a Senior Finance Officer to support the EpiC Ghana Senior Finance Manager across financial management, accounting, budgeting and compliance functions for the PEPFAR/USAID-funded EpiC project. Duties include budget/pipeline preparation and review, monthly financial and accounting reporting, sub-awardee budget development and capacity strengthening, bank/vendor/inventory reconciliations, procurement support, and ensuring compliance with USG and FHI 360 policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration with 5-7 years' experience (or Master's with 3-5 years); CPA/ACA or similar professional qualification desirable. Based in Accra and the three PEPFAR-supported regions. Expected hiring salary range USD 13,000-18,000 annually.
