DRC has been responding to humanitarian crises in Lebanon since 2004, working with Palestinian, Iraqi and Syrian refugees, focusing on protection and economic recovery in Bekaa, North Lebanon and Beirut. The Program Assistant will support day-to-day delivery of project training, data collection, and information management activities, ensuring referral training reaches field and partner staff on schedule, that assessment and referral data is accurate and well managed, and that monitoring and complaints/feedback data is properly recorded and followed up. Duties include facilitating training sessions on safe identification, referral SOPs, Do No Harm and complaint/feedback mechanisms; preparing training materials and assessments; coordinating training logistics; supporting capacity and readiness assessments and KoBo-based data collection tools; supporting creation and verification of user accounts and service mapping; conducting data quality checks on referral records; contributing to dashboards, donor reporting and mid-term reviews; and maintaining accurate documentation. Requirements: minimum 1 year experience in MEAL, information management or programme support in a humanitarian/development context; a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Information Management, Statistics, Public Administration or related field; experience in training/capacity-building and engagement with government stakeholders; experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis; familiarity with referral/case management systems and KoBo Collect; strong Excel and data entry skills; fluency in English and Arabic; willingness to travel regularly to field locations. Contract through 31 March 2027 (renewable, pending donor approval), Band I Non-Management, duty station Beirut with frequent travel across Lebanon, start date October 2026.
