The position of Communications Analyst is assigned to the Infrastructure and Dissemination Division (DCID) within the Department of Communications and Knowledge Management (DOCK), based at ADB Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. You will support the management and continuous improvement of DOCK-led web infrastructure, including adb.org, the Asian Development Blog, and Development Asia, assessing web content and business requirements, analyzing web performance and user needs, and recommending improvements to the effectiveness, usability, and quality of ADB's digital content. Responsibilities include assessing web content requests, analyzing content structure and performance data, conducting content audits, translating business requirements into web solutions, supporting complex web requests, advising internal clients on web content standards and digital publishing requirements, coordinating publication of project and Board documents, contributing to web content standards and tools, supporting management of web publishing consultants and contractors, and developing responsive web pages. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferably in Digital Communications, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related fields; at least 5 years' experience in digital communications, with international agency experience preferred; experience editing print and web-based publications; understanding of SEO and metadata management; proficiency in standard software and IT tools; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work with staff from different cultures; data visualization and graphic design skills an asset; experience with Drupal CMS, SharePoint, or taxonomy management systems an asset.
