At IPPF we work with varying models of service delivery in approximately 151 countries. Funding from donors for service delivery models is reducing, and the Commercial Team helps Member Associations (MAs) that run health care services become financially sustainable. This role will partner with 14 focused MAs to help them achieve financial sustainability, working closely with them to collect, validate and analyze financial and operational data, identify opportunities to strengthen operational and financial data systems, establish commercial KPIs, and deliver dashboards for regular, reliable performance management and decision-making. The role also develops practical tools to strengthen day-to-day operations and builds robust business cases to quantify costs, model future projections, justify investments and evidence ROI, embedding data-driven decision-making, improving pricing and performance management, and coaching and upskilling in-country teams for sustainability. Key deliverables include building service-line P&L accounts, leading price reviews, building and maintaining investment models, conducting impact analysis, and running monthly performance forums with each MA.
Essential skills: qualified chartered accountant, CIMA, health economist, MBA or data analyst with relevant post-qualification experience including P&L template development; strong senior stakeholder management and business partnering experience with multinational third parties; strong IT skills including advanced Excel, pivot tables, modelling tools, Power BI and PowerPoint; experience using AI and automation tools to streamline data preparation and reporting; strong analytical and communication skills; experience in transformation/implementation of target operating models; willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% per annum. Knowledge of health financing and treasury management experience desirable. Strong English required, French and/or Spanish desirable.
Salary: £53,298 - £59,000 per year. Full-time, permanent, 2 days hybrid in London office. Visa sponsorship not available for this role. Interviews commence 9th September 2026.
