The internship is designed to provide foundational experience related to the operations of IPPF, specifically the MA Development and Impact Division. The position will undertake administrative tasks across the division, supporting the delivery of critical deliverables, with opportunities to engage in specific thematic and strategic work related to SRHR.

Role Purpose: Support the Member Association (MA) Development and Impact division with administration of meetings, events, travel, and specific projects, as well as contribute to thematic and strategic pieces of work.

Deliverables:
- Plan, schedule and make logistical arrangements for divisional meetings, retreats, events and webinars.
- Make travel arrangements in line with policies and donor requirements (flights, hotels, visas, transport).
- Support design of meeting agendas and content preparation.
- Take notes during meetings and discussions.
- Process payments, monitor budget expenditure, prepare budgets for events/meetings, and liaise with Finance & Technology division.
- Undertake contractual and procurement processes for engaging consultants.
- Maintain documentation and records on IPPF's SharePoint system.
- Contribute to thematic and strategic work such as data analysis, document writing/review, and meeting participation.
- Support drafting of briefs/reports on SRHR issues.

Essential Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills, effective teamwork, time management, written English, initiative, problem-solving, IT proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), numerical and budgeting proficiency, and knowledge of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.

IPPF is a global movement delivering sexual and reproductive health services and rights, committed to safeguarding, diversity, equity and inclusion. This is a full-time, fixed-term (12 months) intern/student position paying £14.80 per hour.
