Over time the role may include increasing responsibility for origination across the Baltic States and independent client coverage.
Profile: Master's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, law or another relevant field; at least 3 years of relevant experience with Baltic corporate clients; demonstrated exposure to lending transactions; experience preparing and presenting credit proposals to senior credit committees and coordinating with legal, risk, compliance and treasury teams; understanding of key Baltic industries including manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, transport and real estate. Strong credit analysis skills including financial modelling and cash flow analysis, excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are required. Fluency in English is required, as is fluency in one of the Baltic languages.
