The Human Development Practice provides evaluation, learning and strategy services to bilateral governments (FCDO, DHSC), multilateral agencies (Gavi, Global Fund, UNITAID) and foundations (Wellcome Trust, Novo Nordisk, Gates), across global health security, sexual and reproductive health & rights, health systems strengthening, global health architecture and strategy, climate and health, and education.
Portfolio examples: evaluating the 23-country Fleming Fund for antimicrobial resistance surveillance; evaluating COVAX for Gavi; mid-term review of the Pandemic Fund for the World Bank; TPM and evaluation for FCDO's Tackling Deadly Diseases in Africa 2; strategy evaluations for the Global Fund, GAVI, UNITAID and WHO; work with Wellcome/NNF/Gates tripartite including AI and antibiotic discovery programmes; SRHR evaluations including Gates' Adolescents 360 and FCDO's Women's Integrated Sexual Health programme.
